SMT has taken great care to design and build clubs that are of the absolute highest quality in the industry. While we cannot guarantee that a club will not break, we are absolutely certain that we have met the highest quality standards in the industry for materials and workmanship. We believe in our product so greatly that we will repair or replace it for life*. Our goal and promise to you is to replace your SMT clubhead or shaft as soon as possible to minimize any lost time on the course and keep you playing your best.
Warranty Details
Clubheads: We will replace any clubhead that breaks during normal play*.
Shafts: We will replace any SMT shaft that breaks during normal play*.
*SMT Golf is only responsible for clubhead removal from shafts on clubs that were assembled by SMT Golf.
*Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: Grip wear, paint chips, clubhead rattles, flattened or perceived to be flattened faces, heel, toe or crown dents, scratched finishes on factory paint or custom powdercoat finishes. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on abused clubheads and/or shafts.
Customer modification of original clubhead in ANY fashion voids this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to loft/lie/face angle changes, customer painting of clubhead, changing of clubhead weight.
SMT Golf will repair any club that we have assembled at no additional charge.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from SMT Golf on warranty replacements.
