45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At SMT Golf we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you're not happy with your clubs in the first 45 days, we'll do everything to get your clubs to your liking. If we can't do that we will refund 100% of your purchase (in a refund or a store credit).

Returning Components

SMT Golf offers a 180 day return policy (100% refund) on all unused items in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer service department at 844-587-4737.

Warranty Issues

SMT Golf proudly stands behind all items we sell. All golf clubs/golf bags are warrantied for one year. A club dented outside the face (sky-marks, sole dents) is not covered by our warranty.

Returning a Product

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, regardless of reason for return. Please contact a SMT Golf sales representative by phone 844-587-4737) to receive your RMA number. Please print that RMA number on the outside of the box containing your return and ship back to us. Once a return has been inspected, the item will either be replaced, refunded or repaired if it falls under one of SMT warranty policies. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing once the item has arrived at SMT Golf.
